Business Development Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our National Business Development team. The successful candidate will have a strong network in the Commercial Real Estate sector and an excellent understanding of facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry
* Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Maintain a strong knowledge of the industry and competitors
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management in Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management
* Strong understanding of facilities management and delivery of hard services
* Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomously
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Understanding of self-perform/self-delivery models is encouraged
