Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
* Deliver coaching and development programs for frontline leaders to build their HSE capability.
* Support teams in assessing risks, completing assurance audits, and improving safety outcomes.
* Guide and coach investigations to identify root cause and help sites implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with key HSE team members and stakeholders to effectively partner and deliver key changes or requirements.
* Embed a strong safety culture across site operations through the application of HSE behaviours and the establishment of a learning culture.
About This Role
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (WHS) is required.
* Experience in HSE within heavy industry or high-risk operational environments is essential.
* A strong understanding of land transport safety is desirable.
* A solid understanding of permit-to-work systems is necessary.
* The ability to influence and drive change through H&S initiatives and programs is crucial.
