Base pay range
SGD100,000.00/yr - SGD130,000.00/yr
Join a high-performing global hospitality team driving exceptional guest experiences through data, systems, and operational excellence.
We're seeking an organised, tech-savvy, and proactive Guest Relations Operations & Reporting Specialist to support ANZ and global teams in delivering best-in-class hospitality services. This dynamic role blends financial oversight, governance reporting, systems administration, and customer data insights — all within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Reporting to the Guest Relations Senior Manager (Governance & Assurance), you’ll play a central role in enabling smooth, data-informed, and compliant operations across the global Guest Relations function.
You’ll lead and support initiatives in:
* Financial tracking and reporting of hospitality spend
* Global and regional governance and assurance processes
* Customer data insights and Power BI dashboard management
* System administration (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Forms)
* Configuration and rollout of a new global hospitality system
* Strategic initiatives across safety, sustainability, technology, and experience
Responsibilities:
* Validate and process hospitality invoices
* Maintain and track budget spend across Sydney and global markets
* Monitor cost recovery processes and support financial presentations
Governance, Compliance & Assurance
* Compile and contribute to ANZ and Global governance reports
* Manage global assurance calendars and reporting processes
* Act as a key support contact for governance in the region
Data & Metrics
* Analyse utilisation of global café, meeting room, and event spaces
* Maintain and update dashboards in Power BI
* Support ad hoc data analysis for leadership and stakeholders
Systems & Applications
* Manage user access and content across SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
* Oversee hospitality playbooks and internal comms sites
* Serve as a go-to expert in Microsoft Forms and SharePoint
Hospitality Systems Configuration
* Lead the implementation and administration of a new global system
* Tailor configurations to support operational and customer goals
Strategic Support
* Champion continuous improvement across global Guest Relations teams
* Contribute to initiatives tied to safety, governance, tech, and sustainability
What You Bring
* Experience in corporate hospitality, workplace services, or operations support
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial reporting
* Familiarity with governance/compliance processes
* Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Power BI and SharePoint
* Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving ability
* A collaborative mindset and high attention to detail
