Are you a creative individual who is ready to kick start their career and grow alongside a great team of professionals? We're on the hunt for a passionate Intern to join our dynamic in-house Group Ecommerce team, based at our Stirling office.
About the Role:
* Work with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to manage website maintenance, launch new features, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements aligned with business goals across the Group's online portfolio.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement website plans aligned with strategies and marketing calendars. Manage promotions and commercial launches, ensuring timely updates to website content.
* Support with Digital Marketing activities including Meta and Google Ads campaigns, social media posting and creating customer EDMs.
* Maximise product selling potential by ensuring new products are fully enriched and shoppable.
* Assist with Marketing collateral and administrative support.
* Track digital KPIs and deliver actionable insights through competitor analysis and benchmarking.
About You:
* Curious, proactive and eager to learn and identify new ways to drive
* Ability to take ownership and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
* Strong analytical mindset, with a passion for the digital landscape
* Familiarity with Tools such as Shopify, AI, Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be highly regarded.
* Previous experience in a similar role, or TAFE qualification is desirable but not a requirement of this role.
Full training of our systems and processes will be provided. We will teach you everything you need to know!
