Ablett's Transport is a family owned and operated transport company with over 60 years' industry experience. Due to the retirement of a key staff member a fantastic opportunity has become available for a dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable Accounts Manager to join the team. This is a broad and interesting role which reports to the Finance Manager and encompasses accounts payable, accounts receivable, debtor management, reconciliations, along with financial analysis and reporting.
**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
- Managing, paying and reconciling creditor accounts
- Processing and managing subcontractor payments and accounts
- Processing debtor payments and refunds
- Reconciling debtor, creditor and bank accounts
- Following up overdue or irregular payments
- Managing cashflow
- Scheduling and chair debtor meetings as required
- Managing and direct an Accounts Processing Officer
- Providing insightful financial analysis of the business to management
- Completing month end and ad-hoc financial reporting
