The Position
You'll work within a Property Management POD of 2–3, giving you exposure across the portfolio while always having support and full annual leave cover.
Your responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, preparing reports, coordinating maintenance, assisting with final bond inspections, and managing day‐to‐day communication with tenants, contractors and your PM. As you grow in confidence, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and expand your skill set.
Skills and Experience
* Current Real Estate Registration or completion
* Minimum 1 years experience in real estate/property management
* Strong communication skills
* Team-focused with the ability to work independently
* Proactive, organised and forward-thinking
* Positive attitude with a desire to grow long-term
