Financial Leadership Role

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned finance professional to lead the financial operations of a rapidly growing technology company. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its growth trajectory.


About the Job:

The successful candidate will drive financial excellence across the organization, providing strategic insights that inform business decisions. You will oversee the management of day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and banking relationships.

* Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
* Lead annual audits and statutory reporting, ensuring timely completion and quality of results.
* Maintain and improve accounting policies and internal controls to minimize risks and optimize financial performance.

You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and external advisors.


Key Responsibilities


Financial Management & Reporting

* Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis and performance insights.
* Consolidate the group's financial statements, including foreign subsidiaries.
* Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring accurate lodging of tax returns and BAS submissions.
* Manage payroll operations, including global payroll processing and quarterly commission calculations.


Cash & Treasury Management

* Develop and implement cash flow management strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and working capital.
* Manage bank relationships and oversee accounts payable/receivable operations.


Requirements

* Professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA) and significant experience in financial control and compliance.
* Proven ability to manage full-spectrum finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with G-Suite and Xero.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially savvy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
