We're on the look out for an energetic, suitably qualified, motivated Group Fitness Instructor!
The Site
The Danny Frawley Centre is a new state of the art purpose built facility in Melbourne’s south east creating a place of belonging for anyone who steps foot in the doors.
The centres wholistic approach to health and wellbeing is evident in the high level of engagement and interaction, customer experience, access and inclusion along with the evidence-based services provided in centre.
Patrons are provided with the opportunity to attend a number of programs suitable for all ages including swimming classes, recreational swimming, group fitness classes, hydrotherapy services, an elite recovery centre and a health club.
The Role
We are looking for engaging and knowledgeable instructors to run high quality classes to our members across the areas of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and aqua aerobics, and more.
Skills & Attributes:
- Bright, cheerful and encouraging when instructing and dealing with class participants
- Hold a Certificate III in Fitness
- Hold an Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL) Certificates
- Plan and organise appropriate classes within the facility program timetable
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- National Police Check
