The Role
This is a hands-on, leadership-driven Head Chef position where you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations—from menu development to team mentoring. You'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, driving culinary excellence, and fostering a strong, collaborative kitchen culture.
Skills & Attributes
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Head Chef role
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
* Confident in managing kitchen financials, budgeting, and costings
* Familiarity with Buy Force ordering platform (advantageous)
* A passionate leader who motivates and mentors their team
