About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef to oversee catering operations at our Sydney venue. As a Senior Chef, you will be responsible for managing food production, designing menus, and collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing high-volume food production while maintaining quality standards
* Designing and creating menus for corporate events
* Collaborating with clients on menu planning and costing
* Overseeing food deliveries, stock, costs, and equipment
* Guiding casual kitchen staff and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
* Extensive experience in corporate catering or commercial cooking
* Innovative and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Outstanding people management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
* Commitment to upholding work health & safety and food safety protocols
