Job Opportunity: Customer Service Professional
SMAART Recruitment is seeking a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join one of the world's leading luxury car manufacturers in their Australian Head Office based in Mascot.
This diverse role will see you work with clients, dealers, and garages to provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Resolving client queries and issues promptly and professionally
* Providing hire cars, quotes on parts, and lead times for repairs
* Collaborating with dealers and garages to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
You will receive comprehensive 4-6 week training and onboarding to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
The Position:
This is a full-time casual position offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday business hours (no late nights or weekends). You will also have the opportunity to work from home one day a week (post-training).
