Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing through grinding, sanding, and scarification

* Carry out concrete patching and repairs as required

* Apply resin coatings to concrete surfaces

* Implement decorative finishes where applicable

* Perform screeding tasks
">
* Delineate surfaces as needed
">
* Conduct surface preparation including concrete floor grinding, pressure cleaning, and floor levelling
">
* Apply floor coatings
">
* Ensure the sealing of concrete floors, epoxy flooring, concrete floor resurfacing, commercial kitchen flooring, and concrete floor coating (Commercial only)

* Maintain floor safety standards
">
* Install non-slip floor coatings and safety flooring
">
* Provide waterproofing solutions using sheet and roll-on membranes
">

Essential Requirements:
