The Role:
An exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic project environment. As an Alternate Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall project performance, while prioritizing site personnel safety and productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Develop and maintain a positive work culture focused on safety, quality, and performance.
 * Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
 * Ensure compliance with relevant legal obligations, including mine safety, employment, and occupational health regulations.
 * Oversee site-based functions such as maintenance, mining engineering, diamond drilling, crushing, and screening.
 * Manage financial aspects according to contract and service agreements.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 10 years of experience in Underground Mining.
 * Significant experience in managing and executing mining contracts.
 * Strong client focus regarding commercial, technical, and service delivery.
 * Exposure to multiple operations within a mining organization.
 * Demonstrated knowledge of risk and safety management systems and processes associated with mining operations.
Qualifications:
 * Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency or First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency (desirable).
 * Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) (desirable).
 * Senior First Aid Certificate.
 * Current and Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence (C-Class minimum).
