Main Responsibilities
* Analyse project information to prepare detailed cost estimates, taking into account all relevant factors that may impact the project's overall cost.
* Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and compile comprehensive Bills of Quantities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Review project documentation to verify scope alignment, constructability, and potential risks, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
* Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, guaranteeing that all pricing components are included and accurately represented.
* Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery of services.
* Support initiatives aimed at cost savings, value engineering options, and alternative methodologies, contributing to the optimization of our construction processes.
