About the role
We are seeking experienced Taxi Drivers to join our team at CJMK Butcher Pty Ltd in the vibrant regional town of Sale, VIC. As a Taxi Driver, you will play a vital role in providing reliable and efficient public transportation services to our local community. This is a full-time position, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
What you'll be doing
1. Safely and courteously transporting passengers to their desired destinations
2. Maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times
3. Adhering to all relevant road rules and regulations
4. Handling cash and electronic payments accurately
5. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all passengers
6. Communicating effectively with the dispatch team and other drivers
7. Assisting passengers with luggage and mobility needs as required
What we're looking for
1. A valid driver's license and a proven track record of safe driving record
2. Must hold a current Taxi Driver Accreditation from Safe Transport Victoria (this includes police check)
3. This role requires candidates to be free from drugs and alcohol while performing their duties
4. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
5. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
6. Knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate effectively
7. Reliable, punctual and committed to providing a high-quality service
8. All drivers are sub-contractors and will require an ABN
