About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and deliver best-in-class digital marketing strategies across performance and owned channels. This pivotal player-coach role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and team development.You will be responsible for driving omnichannel customer engagement, acquisition, and retention through data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable impact and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Leadership
Develop, execute, and optimise paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate channels.Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance to maximise ROI and efficiency.
Owned Social & Content Strategy
Lead the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring strong brand alignment and local relevance.Oversee content calendars, community management, influencer partnerships, and compelling creative storytelling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the Head of Marketing on strategic direction, campaign prioritisation, and budget planning.Collaborate with eCommerce and Retail Operations teams to ensure seamless online-to-offline integration.Align messaging and visual identity with Creative, Content, and Brand teams.Support product marketing initiatives in partnership with Merchandising.Work with Analytics and Finance teams to track performance, effectiveness, and digital spend.
Agency & Vendor Management
Manage digital media agencies to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns.Partner with CRM and email platform vendors (e.g. Salesforce, Klaviyo) to deliver lifecycle and retention programs.Coordinate with performance media partners and external creative and production agencies.Maintain strong relationships with social platform representatives to identify innovation opportunities.
Team Leadership
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Analytics & Innovation
Track and report on key KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics.Continuously test and pilot new approaches, including AI-driven tools and emerging digital platforms.
