This is an exciting opportunity to lead our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales results. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching and motivating your team to meet and exceed store targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training. You will also manage retail operations including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling and tracking sales team performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure, excellent relationship-building skills and exceptional time management and organisational skills.
