As a Lending Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success within our First Party Lending Channel. This position is all about managing complex credit applications, building strong member relationships, and delivering an exceptional lending experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire lending process—from application to settlement—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for members.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of loan applications, verifying financial details and providing sound credit recommendations.
* Act as a trusted financial partner, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the lending journey.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit risk policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible lending practices.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote the bank's products and services, supporting members' financial wellbeing.
