We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care community, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional clinical care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to attending handovers daily as per roster; ensuring medication administration occurs on time adhering strictly with Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission standards; contributing positively to the overall resident satisfaction experience through proactive communication and providing education for patients regarding health issues they may be experiencing;
1. Cultivate effective relationships with colleagues, families, visitors, external providers maintaining respectful rapport,
Role Requirements:
We're looking for individuals who possess strong nursing skills including: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
