Position Profile
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Clinical Nurse provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is delivered to patients.
The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice, considers the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart, and facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care.
The Home Treatment Team (HTT) conducts triaging and assessment of mental health referrals to the HTT. The HTT will provide recovery‑focused care coordination for a maximum of 14 days per client.
