**Woods & Co **is extremely excited to be recruiting for a fast-growing boutique funds manager, within Melbourne property development space on the hunt for a part-time Bookkeeper to join their expanding team!
Established in 2005, specialising in the development of properties across various assets including medium-density residential, retail, commercial office, medical and many more, within the Melbourne metropolitan area. Over the last 15 Years, Our client has successfully delivered multiple projects on time and on budget ranging in gross project value of AUD $30-$70 million.

**The Role**
- Responsible for accounts payable function with accurate GL & project data input across multiple MYOB general ledgers/data files
- Sound understanding of GST & PAYG/W concepts;
- Bank and Bank loan reconciliations
- Inter-company payable/receivable reconciliations
- Contribute towards the data that flows into monthly financial reporting packs
- General administrative support, filing and other ad-hoc duties.
- Eventually will be responsible for; payroll duties, banking/paying creditors & preparation and lodgement of monthly BAS
**What you need**
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong understanding of MYOB software & Bookkeeping principals
- Experience in Trust Accounting is favourable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- A highly level of discretion, accountability and professionalism
- Relevant bookkeeping experience within the property industry would be desirable
- Payroll, Corporate Secretarial and ASIC lodgements experience is favourable but not essential
