We are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Executive General Manager – Industrial Operations to lead the strategic direction, operational performance, and continuous improvement of a large-scale industrial portfolio based in Melbourne. This is a senior executive role with broad accountability across operations, asset performance, supply chain, safety, workforce capability, and business transformation. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director, the Executive General Manager will play a critical role in shaping operational strategy and ensuring disciplined execution across multiple sites, functions, and teams.
