$107,****** - $119,****** gross per annum + 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 16 of the QPRC Salary System ****), plus potential performance-based progression.

Ready to pave a new path in your Career? Council is seeking a skilled engineer to help pave the paths, roads and other civil construction projects that connect and transform our region.
In this role you will
Lead and develop the planning and delivery of civil construction projects in the region.
Prepare project estimates, secure funding, and coordinate approvals with stakeholders.
Oversee construction projects to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and adherence to budget.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal staff, external contractors, and community stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who
Holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering as well as relevant working experience.
Has demonstrated ability to apply project management methodologies and theories to identify problems and solutions.
Possesses excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to planning and delivering work within set timeframes.
