The Opportunity: KBR is committed to growth within the Defence Industry, and we are looking to further grow our team to support delivery across several high-profile Defence projects (specifically within Land, Aero, Guided Weapons & Joint domains). We are currently seeking applications from talented professionals (at all levels of experience) for opportunities in the following roles based in Canberra.
Responsibilities
* Integrated Logistics Support roles across multiple positions in Canberra.
* Roles include Manager Integrated Logistics Technical Support, Manager Integrated Logistics Support, Officer Integrated Logistics Support Specialist/Engineer, and related roles.
* Support procurement and supply chain activities to influence strategies and sustainment of Defence capabilities.
These roles offer the opportunity to influence procurement strategies, streamline supply chains, and directly support the sustainment and readiness of Australia's land systems capabilities.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., MCIPS).
* Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably within Defence, Defence industry primes, or complex engineering environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning, analysis, and execution.
* Experience in developing and updating ILS documentation, including technical management strategies, logistic plans, and instructions.
* Proficiency in ILS tools, systems, and data management (e.g. MILIS, NAVALLOW, FMEA, RAMS, FMECA, ERP/SAP etc).
* Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
* High proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Word.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build productive working relationships.
Requirements
* Active NV1 Defence Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
* Australian citizens only; minimum active Baseline security clearance to apply.
* Based in Canberra or willing to relocate to Canberra upon commencement.
