About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating processes, maintaining records, and supporting internal teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy across operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
* Support order processing, scheduling, and workflow coordination
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
* Prepare basic reports and assist with data entry
* Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
* Provide general operational support as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in operations, administration, or office support preferred
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
