Finding the RIGHT FIT when it comes to joining a team can be difficult – why not sign up with Goodstart as a Casual Educator, try out a few centres and FIND your FIT. You'll have a home base centre for additional support and can work at one or several of our local centres. It's up to you! You'll be the first to know about permanent opportunities or stay as a regular casual if that works best for you.
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
You'll achieve this by:
* Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engaging and supervising the children at all times
* Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications: If you have hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, Current QLD Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between other local services and will have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6am - 6pm, then please apply now.
