What you'll be doing:
As a
Talent Acquisition Partner (Volume),
you'll be at the forefront of our national frontline recruitment engine - travelling across Australia to bring our Cabin Crew, Guest Services and Pit Crew workforce to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on movement, energy, and connecting with people everywhere they go.

In this role, you will:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume campaigns - screening, assessing, and coordinating large-scale assessment centres.
* Facilitate interviews and assessment days nationwide, energising groups, showcasing our Virgin Values, and representing our brand with confidence and authenticity.
* Act as a brand ambassador, selling the Virgin Australia experience to every applicant, community, and market you engage with.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborate on workforce planning to meet operational needs.
* Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract amazing talent.
* Travel frequently throughout Australia - often weekly - to deliver engaging recruitment days and represent Virgin Australia with enthusiasm.
You'll be great in this role if you:
* Have experience in high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bring strong presence, confidence, and energy to group facilitation, presentations, and assessment days.
* Are a natural storyteller who can passionately talk to the Virgin Australia culture and opportunity.
* Are highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, especially when your week includes multiple flights and shifting schedules.
* Work collaboratively and build productive relationships at all levels.
