Key Responsibilities:
· Assist Aircraft Maintenance Engineers in aircraft engine maintenance and repair tasks
· Prepare and maintain clean, organised work areas
· Handle tools, equipment, and parts safely and efficiently
· Attend and actively participate in all required training
· Follow company procedures and standards during Aeronautical Product maintenance
· Support internal and external audits as required
· Work effectively in a team or individually under general supervision
· Promote safety standards and actively participate in safety initiatives
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in daily tasks
Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience in aviation or aircraft maintenance highly advantageous
· Previous workshop or mechanical support experience (tools, equipment handling, cleaning, and organisation)
· Completion of Year 10
· Australian working rights
· A valid Driver's Licence
· Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
· Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work well in a team environment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
