We are currently recruiting for multiple rewarding roles in Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga, Moonee Beach and Ulong, supporting a range of clients with unique needs, personalities, and goals. Each role offers the chance to build lasting relationships and make a difference, every single day.

POSITION 1: Male Client – Ulong | Complex Needs Support Shifts:
* Monday to Friday: 7:45am–3:00pm & 3:00pm–9:00pm
* Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am–3:00pm & 3:00pm–12:00am
* Occasional Saturday sleepovers
Gender Requirement: Open to all applicants
Client Overview: A gentle, non-verbal man living with Autism (Level 3), intellectual disability, full vision impairment, and epilepsy. He enjoys music, swimming, car rides, and picnics.
Ideal Support Worker: Calm, attentive, patient, and experienced in complex care and interpreting non-verbal communication. Training and team support provided.

POSITION 2: Female Client – Woolgoolga | Dementia & Diabetes Support Shifts:
* 7 Days a Week: 8:00am to 2:00pm & 2:00pm–5:30pm
* flexible, pick your own day
Gender Requirement: Female only (client preference)
Client Overview: Thoughtful, intelligent woman living with dementia, vision impairment, and diabetes. Values consistency, conversation, and gentle outings.
Support Needs: Personal care, medication and diabetes management, behaviour support, and community connection.

POSITION 3: Male Client – Coffs Harbour | Complex Health Support Shifts:
* Monday to Friday: 7:30am–2:00pm & 2:00pm–9:00pm
Gender Requirement: Open to all applicants Client Overview: Respectful man with a spinal cord injury requiring stoma and catheter care, and support for Type 1 diabetes.
Role Includes: Personal care, catheter/stoma maintenance, diabetes monitoring, mobility assistance, and emotional support in a home environment.

POSITION 4: Male Client – Coffs Harbour | Brain Injury Support Shifts:
* Every Wednesday: 10:00am–4:00pm
Gender Requirement: Female only (client preference)
Client Overview: Friendly and outdoorsy man with an acquired and traumatic brain injury. Loves woodwork, feeding birds, gardening, and nature.
Support Includes: Personal care, housework, meal prep, pet care, outdoor activities, and assistance with hands-on tasks in his shed.

POSITION 5: Young Client - Moonee Beach| Complex Medical Needs:
* Monday to Friday: 11:30am to 4:00pm
* Thursday shift is essential (non-negotiable)
* Occasional weekends may be requested
Gender Requirement: Female only (client preference)
About the Role: Support a young client (8 years old) living with complex medical needs. The client is non-verbal, immuno-compromised, and requires full support for daily activities due to developmental delay and a congenital condition
Duties Include: In-home care, personal care, Observe and report even subtle changes in health or behaviour, Follow and contribute to evolving care plans

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in any of these roles, you will need:
* Previous experience in disability, mental health, or complex care support
* A calm, confident, and compassionate approach
* Excellent communication, including non-verbal support
* Flexibility with shift availability
* Willingness to support with personal care and household tasks
Essential Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (NSW)
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
Pay Rates
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
* Base hourly rate: $35.15
* Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
* Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
* Saturday: $49.21
* Sunday: $63.27
* Public holiday: $77.33
All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
