The role

As a Room Attendant, you'll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and meaningful connections guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade Hotel Housekeeping teams on a Part-Time basis.
In this role, you'll provide elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
* Assist with smooth and effective day to day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including the cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom areas, changing linen, vacuuming and tidying the hotel rooms, and restocking the guest's amenities.
* Ensure Crown's high 5-star standards are consistently maintained.
* Promptly reporting any maintenance issues during your shift.
* Respecting guest privacy and delivering friendly, professional service.
About you
You'll bring the following:
* Previous housekeeping experience (hotel experience highly regarded) or commercial cleaning experience.
* Enthusiasm, reliability, and a can-do mindset.
* Availability to work part-time across a 7-day rotating roster.
* A strong eye for detail and a willingness to receive and apply feedback.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively within a diverse team.
