We're in an active growth phase and this is a genuine opportunity to step into a PM or senior supervisory role with the support and mentoring to back you up.
The opportunity
We're looking for a motivated individual ready to take the next step — whether that's into a Senior Supervisor role with real authority on site, or a Junior Project Manager position with a clear path to full PM accountability. You might be a tradesperson who's been leading crews and wants to formalise that, or a supervisor who's ready to take ownership of projects end-to-end.
Either way, you've got field credibility, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to grow. We'll back you with direct mentoring from senior leadership and real project exposure from day one.
What you'll be doing
›Supervising and coordinating field crews on concrete remediation, crack injection, waterproofing, and building maintenance projects
›Assisting and progressing toward independent management of project planning, scheduling, materials, and subcontractors
›Upholding site safety and quality standards in line with our ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certified systems
›Liaising with clients and principal contractors to maintain strong working relationships on site
›Completing site documentation — diaries, SWMS, variation requests, and progress reporting
What we're looking for
›Solid hands-on experience in construction, building maintenance, or a related trade
›Experience leading or supervising crews on site — you're comfortable being the one people look to
›Strong WHS awareness and a safety-first approach
›Good communication and the ability to work with clients, crews, and stakeholders
›Current NT driver's licence
›Exposure to concrete remediation or waterproofing is a bonus — not a dealbreaker
