We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead the charge in growing our SAP business across Australia and New Zealand.
In this high-profile position, you'll own the regional SAP growth strategy, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and lead major deals through to successful outcomes.
You will play a central role in driving new business across key offerings RISE, DSC, SuccessFactors, Signavio, and BTP while deepening strategic partnerships with new and current clients.
About you
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Strategy & Customers
* Crafting and unifying the local SAP sales strategy including a clear outline of the business development plan.
* Working with local Sales units to hone the plan to grow business within existing customers as well as targeting new name customers who, why, when, and how.
* Fostering and maintaining excellent customer relationships across ANZ.
* Driving net new business in SAP for our offerings RISE, DSC, SuccessFactors, Signavio, and BTP
SAP Growth Leadership
* Responsible for ensuring the SAP opportunities and deals are prioritised and the right resources applied to them.
* Responsibility for the SAP sales performance management; working with Sales Ops, Industry, Portfolio, and Practice teams to ensure sales plans drive successful achievement of our MTP and ATP targets.
* Creating a high-performance SAP win culture including celebrating success and collaboration.
* Creating an environment in which employees are valued, engaged, and are treated fairly and equally.
Sales Effectiveness
* Delivering SAP revenue growth across the local country to build a sustainable and growing business.
* Following the common sales methodology and continuous learning environment.
* Creating focused pipeline coverage that secures the future of the local country and is aligned with the Digital Transformation strategy of our clients.
* Ensuring clear and consistent sales discipline to avoid duplication and ensure simplicity of reporting.
Requirements:
SAP Experience: evidenced capability to run and grow multiple large-scale complex sales led opportunities in parallel. Previous SAP sales positions in the local market, operating with customers at CxO level.
Qualifications in business or related functions.
Certifications in SAP offering sales/pre-sales for targeted offerings.
Influence: ability to influence and make an impact at all levels of the organisation as well as with customers and partners.
Communicator: ability to impart a clear vision and direction at all levels; making your communications and key messaged vision come alive.
