This role sits within a well-established business that specialises in apartment and commercial fit-outs across Perth. Partnering with major national builders as well as boutique renovation companies, we deliver a wide range of kitchen, bathroom, and joinery projects, always with a focus on quality workmanship, functionality, and great customer service.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
* Leading, training, and supporting warehouse staff to achieve safety and performance goals
* Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting routine stocktakes
* Ensuring full compliance with WHS standards and procedures
* Improving warehouse workflows, layout, and systems for better efficiency
* Liaising with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams
* Working collaboratively across departments to keep projects moving smoothly
* Contributing positively to team culture and leading by example
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong people-management and mentoring skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
* Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software
* Solid understanding of WHS regulations
* Forklift licence (highly regarded)
* Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to help others and support broader business needs
* Clear communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
