About the Role
Busy Bees at Fraser Coast is looking for a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Educator to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early learning programs, supporting children's development, and contributing to a positive and inclusive centre culture.
Responsibilities
* Creating and implementing engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
* Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Supporting daily routines and promoting positive behaviours
* Working collaboratively with your team and Centre Leadership
Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* A current Working with Children Check (QLD – Blue Card)
* Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
