Accounts Payable Officer for a leading organisation, responsible for World Class Sporting events. Contract role with an immediate start.

Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a globally recognised company who is preparing for the next world class event.
This role is offering an ongoing temporary contract for an officer who can hit the ground running.
The Finance team are highly motivated, focused and determined to hit their targets, in preparation of the upcoming events!
**The Role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable duties.
Some typical duties will involve:
- Process High Volume Supplier Transactions (P/O's, Invoice, Approvals)
- Contribute to AP operations, timeframes and scheduling
- Processing weekly payments
- Resolving supplier queries
- Maintain High Volume Mailbox

**Your Profile**
To be successful you will have proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Strong accounts payable experience, 'end-to-end'.
- Prior exposure to ERP System 'My Work Day & Ascenda'
- Robust Knowledge in excel skills
- Able to start immediately
- Focused
- Handle High Volume
- Work independently
