Job Title: Maintenance Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and equipment.
About the Role
Main Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain defect elimination rhythms and routines, ensuring triggered events are reviewed, investigated, actions implemented and monitored for effectiveness.
* Builds and maintains cross-functional relationships with other I&S departments.
* Follows the assigned Work Management Monitoring and Controlling (SAP) process steps to contribute to driving work management effectiveness and compliance of preventive work and optimisation.
* Review condition monitoring data, initiate new and/or changes to strategies to address emerging risks.
* Implements maintenance Work Plans to validate the integrity of plant, equipment and infrastructure in accordance with defined standards and procedures, ensure compliance to the plans for equipment strategies.
* Executes end-to-end detailed analysis of work processes, master data, and organization design to identify inefficiencies in the execution of work, diagnose functional and cross-functional business problems and to identify improvement opportunities.
* Provide feedback for maintenance strategies during the strategy development and optimization process.
* Improve equipment safety and reliability.
* Provides technical advice to the Maintenance Execution function to support work quality and safe execution of maintenance work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in planning within the mining or heavy industrial sector.
* Trade Qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical.
* Previous SAP knowledge and experience.
* Current S11 qualification.
