Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and passionate sales professional to join our team as a Sales Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth to new and existing customers in the Toowoomba region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with demonstrated experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry.

* Achieve sales targets and meet quarterly KPI's
* Generate new business opportunities to increase sales
* Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
* Identify, develop, and manage new areas of business growth
* Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales environment
* Provide quotations and complete sales orders
* Liaise with finance, production, technical and logistics teams
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a similar position within a sales team (essential)
* Previous experience working in the manufacturing or construction industry (highly desirable)
* Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
* Display passion and drive to secure new customers
* Love working in a close-knit team environment
