ABOUT US Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 0609) and a division of leading WA aged care organisation Amana Living Inc. We have delivered quality accredited and non-accredited training to thousands of Western Australians over the past two decades. THE ROLE To deliver high quality training services to Amana Living Training Institute’s internal and external clients under the guidance of Training Lead Key responsibilities: Deliver a pre-set training plan via face to face at ALTI or online Conduct Training assessments, marking, and record learning outcomes Report learning outcomes to individual students and the respective Manager within agreed timeframes Travelling between care sites as required to train and assess students Participate in the validation and moderation process Process Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) documents Assist in identifying new growth and development opportunities for the RTO Provide feedback to The ALTI Curriculum team for the continuous improvement of training resources ABOUT YOU Selection Criteria Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable) Experience within the aged, disability and/ or health care sector (Desirable) National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain within 6 months validity) Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain at the interview stage) Evidence of current Flu vaccination Registered or Enrolled Nurse WHAT’S ON OFFER Working for Amana Living offers you a fulfilling career with the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the community we support, while advancing your professional development in a high-performing team.
