Structrues Foreman required for Townhouse Development

Your new role
In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing all structural elements of the build. You will:
* Manage on-site activities.
* Ensure all plans and specifications are followed
* Manage structural trades and subcontractors
* Effectively follow the construction programme and manage budgets
* Coordinate tasks and work collaboratively with the project team
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need experience working townhouse developments. You will have:
* Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and lead a team to achieve successful project completion
* Extensive experience as a Foreman/Supervisor, in multi-residential/townhouse construction projects
* QBCC Supervisor Licence (preferred)
