We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
KSS is seeking passionate and skilled educators who are ready to embrace the complexities and rewards of working in a dynamic and specialised environment.
We are looking for teachers who ideally:
* Have a deep understanding of how students with disabilities learn.
* Are committed to using Positive Behaviour Support and structured teaching strategies to create meaningful learning experiences.
* Can develop comprehensive and engaging teaching and learning programs tailored to individual student needs.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams—including Education Assistants and therapists—to enhance student outcomes.
* Are reflective practitioners, open to peer coaching and mentoring, and committed to ongoing professional growth.
Suitable applicants will ideally bring strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a dedication to supporting students as they transition into life beyond school.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
* Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration
* be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website .
* apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
* consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
