We have an opportunity for a motivated English teacher to join our team!
It is a full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026 (12-month contract with possible extension).
The teacher will be primarily responsible for Year 7 – 12 English classes, however opportunities in VET and ICT could be available.
Required:
Registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
Classroom management skills that support diverse learners.
Desirable:
Experience teaching Senior Essential English or General English
Experience mapping curriculum and leading teachers in the planning process
Understanding of NCCD (National Consistent Collection of Data)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
