CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking a HSE Advisor for a long-term role in Darwin, NT. About the Role The HSE Advisor will support a large-scale construction project by ensuring compliance with WHS standards, offering guidance to site teams, and helping to integrate a proactive safety culture throughout all project phases. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing safety risks, promoting safety awareness, and contributing to a safe and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Carry out site inspections, risk evaluations, and toolbox talks Track safety performance, prepare reports, and lead incident investigations Develop, assess, and enhance HSE systems, SWMS, and operational procedures Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities Foster a culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout site activities Requirements: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum), Diploma of Work Health and Safety or Bachelor in Occupational Health and Safety Demonstrated success in managing site-based HSE on large-scale construction projects Strong communication skills and problem solving abilities to promote safe outcomes across the business Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and Codes of Practice White Card Valid Australian Drivers Licence To Apply: If you believe you’re the right person for this role, please click APPLY, or contact Eilish from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0483 987 288 or by email: eilish@celotti.com.au.
