* Salary range: $67,184 to $79,040
* Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience required
* Ability to meet Belron Assessment Scores in windscreen, repair, and bodyglass categories
* Ability to meet KPIs related to productivity, quality, value-added products, warranties, and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
* Repair, replace, and fit windscreens on various vehicles according to Australian Standards
* Perform re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
* Assist in training apprentices and junior fitters
* Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
* Experience fitting and repairing windscreens to Australian standards
* Comfortable dealing face-to-face with customers
* Customer-focused with pride in delivering excellent experiences
* Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
* Reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn the Belron Way of Fitting
