**The Role**:
- Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.
- Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
- Take a hands-on approach to meet with guests and trouble shoot any queries.
- Work co-cooperatively with operations and kitchen teams in facilitating functions and events.
**The Person**:
- An experienced Food & Beverage professional who is agile and able to 'think on their feet.'
- Passionate about fantastic service standards.
- Loves great food and wine (who doesn't?).
- Comfortable in a fast and busy environment.
