Employment Type: Full Time / 38hrs per week
Pay: $38.20ph - $39.24ph
Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You\'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
