We’re actively creating a more resourced, responsive, and high-impact People & Capability function—and we’re looking to deepen our team across several areas.

Roles We’re Looking to Fill
We're open to shaping final roles around the calibre of people we meet, but key upcoming positions include:
* Senior Business Partner (Generalist) – owning end-to-end people delivery across a key portfolio.
* Business Partner – Talent & Enablement – supporting recruitment, capability uplift, and performance frameworks
* Business Partner – People Operations & Onboarding – driving experience through process, systems, and coordination
