As a key member of our operations team, this role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
* Deliver daily technical support and implement contract-driven initiatives to ensure operational success.
* Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure building compliance and asset maintenance.
* Coordinate with Finance for accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting to stakeholders.
* Provide 24/7 support for prompt issue resolution across the portfolio.
* Oversee service delivery, stakeholder relationships, and minor works in line with contract KPIs.
Responsibilities
This role requires:
* Tertiary qualifications in Building Services, Facilities Management, or Asset Management (desired).
* Proven experience in operations and project management across social infrastructure projects.
* Skilled in estimating, planning, and delivering FM projects and building works.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict, priorities, and tight deadlines.
* Experienced in leading diverse teams and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, ideally with a trades background in HVAC, Fire, Hydraulics, or Mechanical systems.
