Mental Health Clinician

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing community-based psychiatric triage, assessment, support, and treatment of people with mental illness.
* Working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
* Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
* Registration as a Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
* Post graduate qualifications in psychiatric/mental health or having completed a specialist undergraduate psychiatric program.
* At least two years of demonstrated experience and ability in community based psychiatric triage, assessment, support and treatment of people with mental illness.
