About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to take ownership of cleaning quality and day-to-day coordination across our portfolio of short term rental properties.
This is a hands-on, field-based role. You will be out at properties inspecting cleans, identifying and fixing issues, while also managing and supporting a team of cleaners throughout the day.
You will act as the key link between cleaners and management, ensuring jobs are completed correctly, standards are maintained, and any issues are addressed immediately.
In addition to inspections, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting and directing cleaners throughout the day
* Training new staff and improving team performance
* Monitoring job progress and resolving issues as they arise
* Communicating daily updates and issues to management
* Ensuring all cleaners complete required photos and documentation, and maintaining quality control across all properties
You will operate cleaning inspections and coordination within the 10:00am – 3:00pm turnaround window, supported by warehouse and operational duties before and after this period.
Working days: Thursday to Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off)
