Therole:
* Provide organisationalwide clinical leadership and influence to embedhigh-quality, person centred care across allservices.
* Influence, mentor and guide senioroperational and clinical leaders in embedding quality andperson-centred care across all service area.
* Contribute to organisational strategydevelopment and implementation from a clinical governance andquality perspective.
* Contribute to board and committeereporting, and clinical governance and compliance meetings
* Lead the development and ongoingmaturity of the clinical governance frameworks, ensuring robustpolicies, procedures, and systems are in place and adheredto.
* Provide leadership for allied healthservices, ensuring integrated, high-quality evidence-informedcare.
* Foster strong relationships withinternal and external stakeholders, including residents,clients, families, advisory groups, regulators, suppliers, andservice partners.
* Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance clinical and consumer outcomes acrossall services.
About you:
* Current AHPRAregistration
* Post graduate qualification in clinicalgovernance, leadership or equivalent (desirable)
* Excellent leadership skills and theability to coach, mentor and drive positive change across anorganisation.
* Good working knowledge of the Aged CareAct (2024), the Aged Care Rules, the Aged Care regulatoryframework and the strengthened quality standard
* Demonstrated experience leadingclinical governance and quality outcomes in aged care
